Return Policy
At Adirondack Area Rugs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You can feel completely secure that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. We offer a 7 day return policy on all products we sell from receipt of your order. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the full purchase price. Note: It may take up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account, or 7 - 10 days from receipt of merchandise to receive a refund check.
Shipping costs on all returns going back to Adirondack Area Rugs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all packages be sent back using either UPS or FedEx ground or another common carrier that offers the ability to track and insure its packages for safety. Please contact us by phone or email with the tracking information so that we may track your package. We will issue a credit immediately upon the packages arrival and inspection. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or an equivalent. Do not apply tape to the actual item(s) or fold area rug(s). Adirondack Area Rugs will not accept items that have been visibly damaged or soiled. Adirondack Area Rugs will only issue a return authorization on purchased products when notified within 7 days of receipt of products ordered.
Clearance items, regretfully, are Non-Refundable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item ordered.
